I needed an appointment for my 10 year old son urgently, he’s not been eating for the past few weeks. And was told by the receptionist that they were fully booked for the next few weeks and I had no chance of getting an appointment. When I asked again she proceeded to behave rudely and rather aggressive. Absolutely ridiculous there’s no need for a receptionist to act like this.
Shocking treatment of patients. Was supposed to have a dr call at 8:20am Monday and still no call by 8:52. When I do see a dr they don me off and tell me my bloods are ok without further looking into why I have chronic fatigue and have knee problems for over a decade. Nothing gets looked into properly, they do the bare minimum. If your only a dr for the money then your in the wrong job. Dr khan more like Dr can’t!!
Lazy Dr, extremely self minded and never listens to patients. You'll get better service from a Henry hoover. Do yourself and you health a favour and get a different GP
Absolutely shocking awful GP. I am diagnosed PCOS patient that just needed a referral for a fertility treatment. After moving to Bolton I registered with this GP hoping for the best knowing I would need a referral as a patient that deals with PCOS for years. I came in January to ask for the referral. I was told that it would be send right away. I expected to wait , because everyone knows the state NHS currently is. But after few months of not hearing anything in regards to fertility treatment I started to push more and more to learn what is going on with my referral only to find out that the referral was not sent at all! I found out about in July after 7 months of waiting for the treatment! Finally,my referral was sent out by the end of July. I still didn’t hear anything about appointment for my treatment so I called Royal Bolton that advised me to ask GP for a letter to speed up my referral. So I made telephone consultation with Dr Khan(the same thy told me he would refer me right away back in January)to ask for it. He said he would issue the letter. This consultation took place last Monday. So I came with my husband last Friday to ask what is going on with the letter. I was told it would be done today and I would be able to see it in the app. I kept checking and still nothing! Absolutely shocking! Not to mention in the meantime of all of it back in April I was bleeding and in pain and I was told by Dr Khan that it’s fine and I should wait for fertility appointment as it would be addressed then! I was bleeding for few weeks and in pain! Shocking ! I absolutely do NOT recommend this practice that does NOT meet any standards! I will be leaving them together with my husband.👎👎👎👎
