if I can, I would like to give 10 stars for doctor Benjamin, such a good doctor truly caring his patient, 10 stars for the receptionists, so professional and caring for patient's need, and also nine stars for the pharmacy, easy to communicate and work. Kudos to the clinic and staff working there. thank you for caring my parents.
Dr. Akbar is possibly the most rude and unprofessional doctor at this clinic. The other doctors there are kind and understanding while she is just the worst. She lashes out at clients and has no patience or understanding. I had an appointment with her that was supposed to be changed for another day and accused me of “wasting her time” for a phone call that was less than a minute. I tried to ask her if we could book another appointment but she rudely hung up on me.
One of the best caring doctors I have had, Dr Benjamin always takes his time in listening to my needs, my aches and pains, thoroughly checks every possible scenario invloved with my health. He is never in a rush. He is also great with referrals and follow ups . We are blessed to have him as our family Doctor. The staff at Shifa Medical Clinic are also very courteous and professional.
