I had a radiant heater installed several years ago and recently had some repairs done by another licenced tradesperson. It turns out that the installation was not done properly witch resulted in these repairs. The exhaust tube did not extend beyond the faucea overhang that could have caused the burnt gas to re- enter the building. The exhaust also melted the plastic siding in that area. The inlet air side had the baffle missing that caused too much air to enter the heater which resulted in the heater to run irradictly and vibrate. Had called the company who installed the system but had no return call. When it comes to safety there should better quality control over site.

Shawn did the repair and was quick and knowledgeable about his work and friendly to deal with. Amazing service and would highly recommend!!!!!
