Our shower stall drain was not draining properly. Called Joseph at Hy Pro Plumbing & Drains. He had a tech out the next morning. The techs name was Masharo Campbell. He was punctual, knowledgeable, efficient and cleared the drain. This was Oct.02. All was good for a week and then the draining issue started to re-appear. Called Janice at Hy Pro this morning(Oct.15) and Masharo was here by 12:45 and snaked the drain again. Big improvement right away. All these employees are fantastic. Very understanding and quickly got the issue addressed. Highly recommend this company.

He is very meticulous in both how he performed the repair and the cleanup afterward. This is the second time we have used Hy-Pro and both of these experiences were very positive.
