Their response to my inspection inquiry online was swift and helpful. The technicians they sent (for both inspection and work) were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and quick! I had an extremely negative experience with Superior Plumbing that I feel obligated to share to warn others. Superior Plumbing came to my home to address a routine plumbing issue. The technician was in my house for no more than 20 minutes and then presented me with an outrageous $750 bill. When I requested an itemized invoice, they flatly refused to provide one. Instead of addressing my concerns, I received a phone call where I was told that if I left them a 5-star positive review, they would credit me $30. This is not only unprofessional but highly unethical. To make matters worse, I then received an email stating that I had been automatically enrolled in their “membership” program, with my credit card to be charged $10/month without my consent. After repeated attempts to get clarification, I finally spoke with George Petrou of Toronto, who did nothing but talk over me, gaslight me, and refuse to resolve the issue. Another employee, Kurtis, was polite at first but ultimately deceptive, as he stood by the inflated invoice. It is clear that George is complicit in this predatory business practice. This company traps customers in high-pressure situations where you feel you have no option but to proceed with their services, then exploits you with grossly inflated prices, hidden fees, and fraudulent memberships. Save your money. Do your research—read other customer reviews and check their record with the Better Business Bureau before you consider calling Superior Plumbing.

The company provided a quick turnaround time for someone to come and look at the service we needed. Michael came in to give us an estimate on installing our shower kit. He was punctual, professional and gave a clear explanation on the work to be done. Pleased with my experience!
