I joined Brady’s 4 months ago after dealing with injuries related to poor body posture as a result of lack of basic foundational strength and poor body mechanics. As someone who has always integrated some form of exercise in my daily life (boxing/kickboxing, boot camps, marathon runner and recently pilates instructor) … I was feeling extremely discouraged. After four months of personal training I have reduced my total body fat percentage by 6% and gained 3kg of muscle and skeletal mass. More importantly, I.am feeling stronger, more mobile and more confident in my body. I highly recommend training at Brady’s fitness if you’re looking for expert instruction and true results!
