Five star review because I got my sandal today it’s orignal metrial nice design I have one more camel design order order because of good metrial and design I recommend for best service easy I got delivery and paid cash . My new review sorry for that is zero star review from five star to zero because I have used these sandal third class no good metrial used only few times and it’s broken on I purchased a pair of sandals from your company and raised a complaint due to an issue with the product. Instead of offering a proper replacement for the defective item, I received a call where I was told I must pay extra and would receive a discount on a different sandal. This is not what I requested — I expected a replacement of the same model or a full refund. Offering an upsell instead of honoring a replacement feels dishonest and misleading. This experience comes across as cheating and poor customer service. I ask that you resolve this issue by either: 1. Replacing the original sandals with the same model (at no additional cost), or 2. Refunding the full amount I paid.
