I've never gotten a response from them after multiple attempts to communicate for over 2 years. Incredibly disheartening considering they're the only ones with rentals in town, besides the housing authority, that has halfway affordable rates anymore. I'd happily change my review if they gave me reason to but at this point I'm just bitter over the lack of AFFORDABLE housing in this town. I don't think they'd be very communicative in the ways of property management after lease signing. Which is unfortunate, as I had high hopes when they first started up.

Hi everyone just wanna share my experience with them. they takes security deposit MONEY for their rental properties but NEVER GIVE BACK. Bathroom floor was damaged, heating was not working properly and lots other issues, reported thousands of times but no response from management. asked deposit back after left the apartment and got answer after thousands of calls and messages that “you damaged the apartment thats why you won’t get deposit back. asked for proof for same thousands of calls and finally got replied that “ohh you didn’t properly clean the apartment “. offered my services to come saturday or sunday to clean it again but got refused after thousands of calls. again same situation called thousands times and finally got replied with around $1000 receipts JUST FOR CLEANING and cleaners wage were $35/hr 😂 and 16 hours of cleaning 😂. what a JOKE. he never provided any Proof about what said after even thousands of calls but once i started posting his fraud here now he is saying i would post photos of the apartment 😂. WORST EVER PROPERTIES NEVER EVER RECOMMEND TO ENYONE IN HUMBOLDT to deal with them

I tried to rent one of their house and lot I keep on calling them because we are family new here in Saskatchewan and asking for information and how much the house rent will cost. After a week they replied to submit application I submitted they told me still checking. On the third week I follow up no replies and no answered to email and message. Imagine on the 4th week that’s the time they told me that there is no available. Imagine the slow service. They could have just informed me in the first week rather than giving me false hope and expectations. Not recommend so poor customer service and replies.
