I watched him deal with several customers while I waited on a phone repair and was very, very impressed.

I needed a new battery for my iPhone and when I called about it, I was greeted by a live person who kindly answered my questions, quoted me an approximate price and estimated time for repair. When I brought my phone to the store, the price was right and the repair time was much faster. Nice, very nice!
