I love living here. My apartment is spacious and the layout is great! I have always gotten an immediate response from maintenance in taking care of needs I have. The office staff and management has been responsive, professional and caring in their support for me as a tenant. I love the clubhouse events. And the pool is always clean and beautiful. I appreciate that you have been reinforcing the rules for the pool use this year! I hope to be here for a very long time.

Complete slum lord company. If you see this management company attached to anything run in the other direction even if the rent is cheap it’s not worth it. the apartments I live in the maintenance is horrible and not only does anything barely ever get fixed or not at all nothing is maintained. The outside of the commons Area is ridiculously dirty and if infested with spiders. They also have some kind of electric company that is tied to them that recently cut my electricity off and put it in their name Without my permission and now I am Dealing with that issue which this company makes it extremely hard to correct their mistake. This management company also likes to fee creep. I have a ton of fees that was not disclosed on my lease that is added to my rent every time. I will be sending this company to court because I’m tired of the condition of the apartment and having undisclosed fees constantly added to my rent. If you see this company don’t move into their apartments they don’t care about the tenants, but only collecting their rent nothing is maintained.

We have lived here for 10 years, so I think I can answer this objectively. Several different management entities guided operations over the years and it has been obvious that some of them were from out of town and didn't really know Tucson that well. Lately the team in charge has been actively engaging with the residents and has been proactive in addressing their needs. Safety and security have been improved. Construction has beautified the overall appearance. Maintenance teams are quick to reply to requests. You can always see them busy around the complex. We just signed up for another year, so that in itself shows how much we enjoy living here.

I have been having with charges being placed on my account. Money being taken that wasn’t suppose to. I communicated with the property manger due to some of her assistant property manager actions she taken against my I do not trust her nor feel comfortable at all with her inspecting my unit. Today I hear someone entering my home without identifying themselves not once but twice while me and my children are in the bed sleep. The lack of respect and violating my tenant rights I am not okay with this.
