I recently bought two sofas from Furniture Ville but faced numerous issues. Upon delivery, one sofa was significantly higher than the other, and the four pillows were missing. When I approached the store for assistance, I was met with unsatisfactory responses. The lady at the store informed me that this was a special order and I should have expected such discrepancies. However, no one mentioned this during the ordering process. Sunny attempted to help by promising sofa repairs, but the fix was subpar, with visible stitches. The missing pillows were provided later but were much smaller than the store samples. I am deeply dissatisfied with the overall experience, feeling that the price paid did not match the quality of the products and service received. Sunny tried to assist, but the situation seemed beyond his control.

Poor quality furniture considering the price. Drawers are out of alignment. Bed sides are not flush or plumb. Promised all drawers would be soft close, but they aren't. Dresser and nightstand are wobbly, they blamed my new flooring but the previous nightstands weren't wobbly. Furniture smelled for two weeks because of the poor quality varnish. Complaints went unanswered. Not a good experience. You can find better quality elsewhere.

The staff was attentive and patient, assisting me in finding the ideal table that matched my style and budget. Delivery was smooth and on time, and the white glove service was a pleasant surprise. The craftsmanship of the dining table is exceptional, and I can already foresee it lasting for years to come. I’ll definitely be back for more
