Pretty happy here. Friendly staff that is usually able to squeeze in an appt with in a week and they have an awesome loyalty program. Jakey had a canine extraction here and our new stray Vivian has a wellness exam tomorrow 💖
I can not explain how compassionate and loving this office was. I had a pup who was in so much pain and needed to be put down. They were the 6th office I called, and no one seemed to care, just wanted to schedule for tomorrow or the next day. This is the only place that took the time to hear me out and then they made room for us in their packed schedule. The process of putting our dog down was very loving and they gave all the support anyone would want in that situation. Going forward I will only take my animals here. Highly, highly recommend!
The team is great, and I appreciate how well they had done with my cat. But they're scheduling system is horrible. They had to cancel 2 of my check up appointments in a row, the 2nd one was canceled 1 hour before the appointment time. My cats check up is 3 weeks over due now and will be at least another week before I can take her in anywhere.
