They are super friendly, professional and they validate your concerns which means the world to me as a dog mom. I had a terrible traumatic experience with another clinic which led to my other dog passing… when coco had her dental I explained that I was concerned and they validated my feelings took extra precautions and measurements, communicated about every update and did a follow up free of charge to listen to her lungs so I can rest assured. For many years, my previous cats were treated by another clinic in Eugene. I thought it was time for a change. Looking for a new vet is risky. Expertise is certainly essential, but the effective relationship a pet has with staff must be experienced in person. With Willakenzie Animal Clinic, I fortunately found the perfect clinic. Jesse made two visits to undertake exams, tests, and vaccinations. The veterinarian (Dr. Kairis) and assistant were knowledgeable and empathetic. Their attention to procedure included building a good relationship. Jesse’s initial anxiety was quickly calmed. Much appreciated is the personal follow-up I received about his results. I highly recommend this veterinary practice. As I cat owner for 40 years, I feel confident that Jesse will continue to be in good care.
