We recently moved into our townhouse through Caliber Property Management. Everything from the process of applying, move in and living has been really easy and smooth. Jeromey the property manager was super helpful and friendly, especially with all our questions. Once moving in we have had a few maintenance request and they are always quick to fix what ever the issue, big or small. The maintenance team is respectful and kind and they do a good job at making sure your request are taking care of, which we appreciate. We love living here, the area, and having a well rounded Management team that takes good care of their properties helps which is what we lacked in our previous places we've rented from. We will definitely be a long term renters with Caliber because of their care for their renters! Thank you!
