Have nothing but amazing things to say about this auto shop! I recently purchased a 2015 Toyota Rav 4 from them, and they were fully transparent and willing to answer any questions we had. The vehicle had previously been in an accident, and they were open and honest about what level of damage was caused and the repairs they had done. Did an absolutely beautiful repair on the car I should add - couldn’t even tell it was ever damaged! I want to put emphasis on the day I went to pick up the car because of how kind the sales team was. There was a wording mistake on the bank draft and it took me TWO HOURS at the bank to fix while they were patiently waiting for me to return. By the time I came back, expecting some level of annoyance, their team was just as nice as they were when I first showed up. Not only did they wait for two hours for me, but they even took my new car through the car wash and buffed out some finishing touches. Have been driving the car for a month now and it drives perfectly. Even called back 3 weeks after about a small sensor in the windshield washer tank and they told us to bring the car back in and they would fix it. Could not have asked for a better experience - HIGHLY recommend!

Very nice people and were very flexibale on the price. After they did the safety they put in a full tank of gas and did a full car wash. Amazing experience buying from them for my first car!

Was able to have a great time buying my first car, a 2012 Honda Fit at Bronte Auto Services Inc. Feeras was excellent to me! He was very transparent, understanding and knew what he was talking about. The environment was stress free and honest with upfront prices and professional service. The whole process from looking at the car to buying, having the work done and paperwork sorted then home delivered(I live 37km away) took only 3 days! Honestly wasn't expecting the level of service, attentiveness and responsiveness I was given, it was greatly appreciated. Feeras was just a phone call or text away with great communication. Cannot recommend more. I am happy to have done business with them. :)
