We never had to wonder whether she was "on our team" and we ended up making a record sale for our area, putting another 50 grand in our pocket as compared to other realtors' promised price. She was also very low pressure, patient and gracious before we hired her as we interviewed other agents, which was nice for a change, and goes to show her comfort level in attaining clients and running her business.
