Salesman didnt keep me hostage. Gave him my info left. Ben called me later that day saying I was approved and had a truck for me. I was unable to make it back that day so returned next day but original truck had been sold. Luckily Ben found me an even better truck! Completely satisfied. Will be a return customer. Had to edit after 1 week returned truck left with service to repair faulty OnStar and auto start/stop. After leaving vehicle for a week charged $475. They replaced battery said truck fixed. Picked up truck, items still inoperable. Service after sale gets 1 star.
