Carolina International Trucks and Idealease

This is one of the very few "BIG NAME" places that really treat you like a mom and pop shop. Melinda always has a friendly face to and warm voice when ever I'm stressed out about this truck. Orlando always keeps it 100 when we are asking questions. They don't try to short change you or upsell you. They explain what's wrong and how to fix it in a way I can completely understand. I have tried many others and this dealership is the only one I will ever bring my truck to.

Well it started with air loss and hole in One airbag that turned into Three air bags. The attentive mechanic also caught a wheel seal break witch required fixing including brake pad, then of course if you change one side you should change the other right. Then the starter went out while in the bay. Had to fix that. I also wanted oil changed and grease job. It all did take awhile to do but if you find it broken you should go ahead and fix it. I feel good about the fixes and dealing with Steve the Shop Manager and Melinda the Service Department Assistant was "GREAT AND FANTASTIC!" They were so patient and kind. They get interrupted alot and they stop and actually listen and talk to you. Overall great experience. All the mechanics were so nice even though they were big brawney muscles covered in grease from all the hard work they were doing. What a great bunch of real men!
