I’m an Owner Operator with Mercer Transportation. I noticed a football gasket leak on my Freightliner dd15 and called Velocity. I know they are always busy but the service guy told me to come in and they would jump on it. When I get there Tony in service greeted me and got me in and out in less than 4 hrs. unbelievable they changed an air bag from my truck a 30 mn to 1 hr job max, and they charged me 434.70 without supplying the airbag because they kept in their shop for abt 2 hours! nice way to make a customer unhappy
