Lori and Tom were GOD sent. They helped us out when no one else would. Their sensitivity to our situation and their mechanical skills were just what we needed after being stranded for a couple of days. I cannot say enough great things about them personally and ultimately the service they provided. They got us back on the road after a few mobile mechanics tried but couldn’t. A couple of Mobile mechanics told us we had a bad starter(a part no one had in stock and very expensive ) but when this company came out they determined a two dollar fuse was faulty and they replaced it and got us back to traveling to VA. Amazing service Highly recommended

These guys know their stuff. I called them on the second day of my breakdown in this city at the Pilot truck stop. On the first day, another mechanic from a different shop came out, but he couldn’t fix it. So the next day, I called these guys. They arrived promptly within about 40 minutes and fixed my truck, did everything right, and I’m really happy with their work. But I do think they’re a bit on the expensive side for repairs.Jonathan is really good mechanic 👍

This is the biggest rip off of a company. They towed my truck 6 miles charged me $1750 dollars. They charged $300 to diagnose my truck to see what was wrong and told me this big drawn out lie about how my transmission was ran low in oil and it was the transmission. Well I said what will this cost, they said around $10,500 for everything. So of course I got other prices to see how far off they were. Well next guy told me that it would be around $7500 for everything. Now keep in mind transmission was coming from the same company. So I call them back and tell them this. Guy said hey we want your business we can match it😂😂.. So of course my guy said bring it to me it’s probably not a transmission… well guess what it wasn’t.. it was a $1500 drive shaft😂😂😂 well I tell the guy and he said he would talk to his mechanic.. of course that didn’t happen.. They also tore the main air hose off my truck where they towed it wrong and warped the frame on my truck. Now we have this on camera with the tow driver telling us this with 2 witnesses and cameras 😂😂. Well they offered to pay for hose and they did and then reversed the charges 😂😂😂… So long story short CROOKSSSSSS

Called these guys around 4 p.m. with a truck broke down about 12 miles past their shop. Not only did they tow our truck for us, they had it fixed by the next day after lunch. Our driveshaft had completely broken in our truck. These guys are awesome and had very reasonable prices. They actually went over and beyond to save us money. They will be our go to mechanic if we are in that area again!
