Couldn't drive the vehicle for month because they lost my plates and registration and I had to drive to to the DMV to get those plates because of their incompetence. Now they won't even cover the costs for the services. A bunch of clowns. Don't buy through Carvana.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS ESPECIALLY ONE THAT HAS GONE THROUGH THE BRONX LOCATION. They ignore major issues then say it’s your problem once you get it. Cracked windshield ignored…”that’s not something we would deal with”, tires with gouges cut out, leaks…a charger that looks like it was run over….all not their problem. Save yourself the headache!
You can call them the experts or the Professional guys, My wife and I brought her car for a trade, One call, One email, deal done, With the best price in the market without a doubt, They sent us a vehicle purchse agreement, Signed and sent back, we brought the car,( They have a towing service too, I think about $90 or $100 from my house) They got it and gave a check with the whole amount, And thats it. Life is easy with Carvana, So it's really highly recommended to deal with Carvana here in New Jersey in the United States, Im not sure if they are available in all other states. don't forget to like and follow my account to discover a new outlets, restaurants and places in New Jersey and in the United States.
