I’m currently not renting with cc properties anymore, however I really think this management company is one of the best in town. Michelle text back immediately and always. And she also has advocated for me to be able to rent from them again at one point. This company believes in helping people and second chances and I appreciate that. You don’t find that just anywhere.

I have never had a better experience with a company. Everyone is kind, bends over backwards to be helpful, and they always keep a smile on their face! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Best in the city, hands down!!

Michelle is extremely rude and doesn't get back to you in a timely manner. She does not care if the house has issues that need fixing, such as no AC or leaky windows. Christie does try better than Michelle, but they are both sub-par at best. Avoid CC Properties at all cost!!!!

If I could leave a -2 stars I would. We ended up getting a house that was in poor condition, the basement would flood every time it rained ( we had no where else to go) we had complained about this many times to them (nothing was ever done) but another REALLY BIG ONE, we had asked about snow removal many many times since we were told it would be taken care of and I SLIPPED AND FELL while I was 6 months pregnant with my son and all I got was poor excuses. We moved out had cleaners and looked it over myself and it was in BETTER condition then we moved in, they told us over and over again we would get our deposit back “next week” and after months of asking they tell us they needed to take it all and use it for repairs but could not come up with anything when asked what repairs and then they started to ignore us but instead of arguing we just let our money go, now almost 5 years later I get something in the mail that we didn’t pay rent for almost a year? They don’t care about you they just want your money. That’s why so many of us got papers in the mail, to bad we will probably never see any proof. I would never trust this company EVER.
