I never thought kickboxing would be my thing, but after a few classes, I really began to love it. Randi is an amazing coach and isn’t afraid to correct when needed. She teaches many things beyond kickboxing— cardio, weight training, or letting you do whatever you’d like on the bags. This women’s class is very enjoyable and everybody here is so kind. I’d definitely recommend if you’re not into any ball related sports. (Besides when we have to do things with the weighted balls)

I recently started at Central Combat as a beginner, and it has made a huge difference. Coach Randi Field’s women only classes are fantastic she demonstrates every technique thoroughly and helps build your confidence. The gym has such a positive, energetic atmosphere. I feel supported as I learn and grow, and I’m so glad I joined. Highly recommend!

I joined in January and literally 3 days after joining I hurt my shoulder while snowboarding (unrelated!) and Matt was great enough to put my membership & payments on pause for a few weeks while I healed. Since I've been back I absolutely love coming to classes. Matt at the front desk and the entire coaching staff are very welcoming and the atmosphere is great between everyone in the gym. More experienced members are willing to show the newer guys the ropes without any egos. I wish I joined sooner.

Amazing place to train. Great atmosphere with very professional and knowledgeable coaches. Would recommend this gym to anyone from beginner advanced levels of martial arts.
