we rented from this company. horrible. Please take pics with time stamps of n entering and save them for these are highly dishonest people. The house had absolutely nothing done to it prior to us moving in. They knew this and condition. They will send sub standard people to give you a run around not fix anything. Like I said document everything these are dishonest people. I would give them a negative 1 rating if it was possible. They will definitely keep atleast 1/2 of your deposit. I would recommend not doing business with them but if you do please please document everything. GOD is my witness to this

If you have excellent rental history, but still have a poor credit score—don’t even waste your time applying to any of their properties. I was denied because of my credit score—despite the fact that I have 19 years of EXCELLENT RENTAL HISTORY AND ZERO EVICTIONS. Forget the fact that maybe they could’ve approved me and I pay an extra deposit. I wouldn’t have minded doing that, and was prepared to do so. Also—they hardly ever pick up the phone when you try to call them. Overall, I wish I could give them zero stars—and I’m usually the type of customer who tends to give excellent reviews to various businesses. But to say I am disappointed in this business and the way they handled my application is an understatement.

This property management company is the best. I have owned homes for the last 40 years but was recently forced into a rental situation. The manager and her employees were so accommodating and responded quickly to all of my inquiries. My renting experience was so good I recommend them to people relocating to Greenville. ***updated on 7/25/23**** I am writing this review as a tenant who has nothing but negative experiences so far. I will be happy to change this review after my move out if things are resolved. Started from day one, where they didn't even know the code to the lock box. Kind of a big deal when moving in. EVERYTHING is the responsibility of the tenant. The company does nothing to document the actual condition of the property. They require the tenant to do all that. Exactly what someone moving cross country wants or has time to do right away. That should be their responsibility. Fine so I document the damage in a maintenance request on 8/22. Request is closed on 1/19/23 with no communication as to why it was closed when there is clearly damage that was not fixed. Went to the office and Pei tells me she is busy and she will get a hold of me. Months later and I email her and write this review and she responds that the marketing pictures they took before showing the house showed no damage. She also has not responded to my question "is you company going to try and hold me accountable for this damage that was already there which I pointed out when I saw it. Home was no where near perfect when I moved in. Certainly wasn't professionally cleaned which I need to not only pay a 3rd party I need to show proof. Carpets need to be professionally cleaned as well. Same story. I'm sure the response will be that I signed acknowledging all this. I have paid on time for 14 months and have received nothing but negative experiences the entire time. I expect the same after I move out next month. Really not sure why I pay $2500 a month on time to be treated poorly. And I expect to get very little from my $2500 security deposit back no matter what the condition of the house is I will be happy to change or take down this review if things at or before move out are addressed and I'm not charged for issues that aren't mine.
