They took amazing care of my kitten (and me!) I was an absolute mess today when I realized my kitten’s paw was swollen after a nail cutting mishap the night before. They managed to fit me in day of, calmed me down, and took excellent care of my baby (and Dr. Bell helped me trim the rest of his nails and showed me how to do it in the future). The receptionists were extremely lovely, and very helpful in calming me down. Dr Bell was very kind and took care of my kitten very well. I’m extremely thankful to the whole staff I’ve been to vets before that try to upsell me, or have no time to fit me in for weeks, or are in general not very pleasant. Vets on main is the exact opposite of that. They gained a new client today. Jupiter and I will be back for all future check ups (hopefully no more emergencies— but we’re in good hands if there are)
Exceptional Care for Princess Nala and Jazzy Girl We had an amazing experience at Vets on Main and can’t say enough good things about the care our pets received. Dr. Bell is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also took the time to explain everything in a way that was reassuring and easy to understand. His calm and compassionate approach made us feel instantly at ease. A heartfelt thank-you to Katie, our vet tech; her calm demeanor and sweet nature made a world of difference, especially for Jazz, who can be a little nervous. And Lindsay at the front desk was fantastic! She greeted us with a warm smile (and coffee) and made the whole check-in and follow-up process smooth and stress-free. This team clearly loves what they do, and it shows in every interaction. We’re so grateful for the thoughtful, top-notch care they provided. We wouldn't trust our fur babies with anyone else. Highly recommend Vets on Main—5 stars all the way!
The staff and team here are amazing! The friendliest people you could ask for! From the moment we walked in, the front desk team was so welcoming and warm. The doctors and technicians are so knowledgeable, and explain everything in digestible ways. And, the passion they have for their job is evident. This was my first experience brining my new puppy to the vet, and I couldn’t have found a better spot! Highly highly recommend!
