I worked closely with the team who oversees turnovers/maintenance issues and I am impressed with their attention to detail and their care for their tenants/clients. Chris, Marcus, Travis and all the guys who supervise the crews are great leaders, and you can just tell how much the employees enjoy working for them. Chris H. Is great! He is Very quick and very informative! He is professional and personable. Absolutely the quickest maintenance request completion! Hot water heater went out this morning and they had someone at my house and fixing it within 6 hours, on a weekend no less! Thank you!
