I had Character do a number of projects around my home and I have at least one more planned by end of year. First, Character re-did my garage roof. They showed up on time and it only took about a half day. They got rained on .... HARD! But they finished the job and my roof didn't leak afterwards, even with the downpour. It looks great! Second project was a 12x22 concrete slab in front of my garage. Again, they showed up on time and did an excellent job. They even let me sign my concrete when it was almost set. I had to wait a week before I could drive on it (not a problem as I was going on vacation anyway). My neighbors have remarked on how professional the job looks and how they cleaned up everything afterwards. Third project was new rain gutters on the house. Again, they showed up on time and it took them about half a day (I saw them start about 8 and they were gone by noon - I thought they'd gone to lunch, but nope! They were done!) Now it doesn't look like I live under a waterfall when it rains. My old gutters were pouring off the side of the house instead of down the drainpipes. The new gutters are leaf guard type, so leaves and debris shouldn't clog them up. The new gutter drains should keep water out of my basement as well. I am thoroughly pleased with the work Character did for me and have another project planned on the interior in a couple months. The crew show up when they say they will, complete the job as quickly as possible, clean up any debris afterwards, and their work has been excellent. I would (and have) recommend Character Exterior for any construction projects you have.
