Excellent service yet again from Shortfield Garage! I’ve been using them for years and have always been impressed by their efficiency and professionalism. They are reasonably priced and I completely trust their guidance and work. Shout out in particular for today; had a small potential issue and they squeezed the car in for a review, even though they are always busy, and managed to do a very quick repair for me on the spot! Absolutely fantastic service! I called this morning after hearing a dreaded knocking noise and had the best service from Amy. She offered me an appointment within 2 hours. Paul looked at the car, identified the problem straight away and was a quick fix that they did free of charge!!! (was a result of an error made by another garage when the car had its recent service). Super friendly, professional and helpful, they now have a customer for life! Thank you!
