On arrival our booking wasn’t even on the system, which considering that we were the band playing that night wasn’t actually great news!! Although it was sorted after a few hours, this meant that we didn’t get to rest prior to the gig which is never ideal on any level. In the room there was a locked cabinet hiding a very loud heating system, which could make it hard to sleep with the fan on. Having said that, the rooms were nice and clean and very spacious and the fitness area, including the pool, looked very nice. Couldn’t care less of the casino as I don’t like to waste my money away, but each to their own I guess!!

The room itself was nice and great location to the casino. Issue was the cot! We had to order one as they only had a king bed and I was a surprise guest. The mattress must have been purchased in the 1970’s and never replaced. It literally felt like a soft box spring. Just running your hand on it you could feel each spring outline, let alone trying to lay down on it. You might as well sleep on the floor. When I asked if they had a different one or something that might help, like a mattress topper, I was told ‘that was all there was, they are all sold out - unfortunately that is just the way they are’. I can’t believe they charge for them. Didn’t sleep a wink with those springs poking out, squeaking sounds and dip in the middle created from laying down. Even a dog wouldn’t sleep on it. It was terrible.

Everything was great other than having to go to second floor for the vending machine to get anything to drink. . And the king size bed. . . Well needless to say it's was pretty much a sleepless night crossing the bed was so worn out you could see the imprints from where people lay with the bed made. . . Would take a better bed for me to stay again!

Paid a premium for an upgraded room / experience. What I got was a room needing maintenance and a maid in a hurry for us to check out. I was asked if I was checking out twice and then why I was still there at 11:01 while doing my final walkthrough. The no cannabis on the property sign is insulting. Never again.
