The stay was amazing, I stayed for two nights the rooms were clean and were smelling good. I really want to appreciate one of the housekeeping supervisor if m not wrong her name was jassika , she really helped me with my luggage & also provided me the stuff that I required while my stay. The food was amazing & the servers was so nice & humble, the front desk was so polite & guided me where I needed there help It was a great stay and would love to visit again.

Flight out got canceled, so ended up spending an evening here. Hotel is modern, well kept, and comfortable. While everything is walking distance, it can be a little far to walk anywhere if the weather isn't nice or if you are not dressed for it. Would definitely stay here again and should have stayed here to begin with.

I stayed a single night at the Chateau for a short visit to Yellowknife. Check in early evening was uneventful and fairly efficient. My room 431 is a fair walk as the hotel is very long but only 4 stories high. The elevators are quick though. My room was a decent size, with normal layout. I did appreciate the extra details such as a work desk with work chair as well as a small table with 2 chairs to eat at, AND and comfy chair to sit. They provide a medium sized fridge, microwave, coffee maker, but also a toaster and kettle. Two items I wish more hotels would offer. Bathroom was functional and clean if not overly large. The bed, a king size, was comfortable with soft linens. Climate controls worked reasonable well for a window AC unit, and wasn't overly noisy. I had both dinner and breakfast in the restaurant, both of which were reasonable priced with good service. As I only stayed one night, I can't comment on cleaning service, but the room was clean on my arrival. Overall it was a good stay and I would certainly stay there again if I was in town.

What a lovely establishment. Upon check in we received an upgrade from a 1 to a 2-bedroom suite from a very friendly check in receptionist. This made our stay more spacious and lovely, even though we were moved to the new building (which is only across the parking lot and not a big deal). The rooms were huge, a full kitchen and huge laundry rooms were a plus, and the balcony was super nice. This was definitely worth the money. We had one issue with the hotel hallway being super dirty one day and after notifying the front desk it got vacuumed promptly. I would say as well that the only downside of the new building not being with its own front desk is that it seems to be a loitering ground for the homeless on the front steps - a friendly and kind group of unhoused, but folks loitering none the less. Location of the hotel is excellent for conveniently getting around to major attractions, proximity to the Niven Lake and Frame Lake trails are exceptional, and free easily accessible parking is a bonus.
