Thoroughly enjoyed our five night stay here. Comfortable one bedroom suite with a small full kitchen was perfect for us. Staff was over the top helpful and helpful. Great location with so many restaurants in every direction. The Pub is very good as well. |My only suggestion would be adding a bathroom tub grab bar.

Very nice accommodations in an older style hotel. I had a great great view of the blue bridge from room 307 which had a loft in it. There was a wedding happening that weekend and it was a bit noisy as they were on the roof. The management said they would speak to them so they took care of that. Check-in was easy and front desk personnel was great. The pub downstairs was great with 50 different beers on draft. I definitely enjoyed my stay and it was close to all the downtown restaurants, The wharf, the empress hotel, and no lack of breweries around there!

Great service, excellent location. The full kitchen is always great to have. Only knocked off a star because of the lack of air conditioning (I understand this would be a major renovation to install), so the rooms are very hot during summer. Also, this isn't the right hotel for you if you have bad knees as the stairs in the suites are a bit taxing. It's still our favourite hotel in Victoria!

Definitely recommend and would stay again. Clean, comfortable rooms in a great location. Extra convenience of having a washer and dryer on site came in handy for our 5 night stay. Hotel and bar staff welcoming and friendly. Good food downstairs in the pub for dinner, meals are large and really good pepperoni pizza.
