I have a busy work schedule and she was very flexible to set meetings around that. She gave me all the information I needed and let me ask as many questions as possible. Nahid is Amazing, he was our mortgage advisor at the mortgage hut when we bought our first house through shared ownership and he always goes above and beyond. When we were due to remortgage we managed to track him down as he was fantastic and we didn't want to go with anybody else, he got us the best deal as always and made the process effortless as he took care of all the questions from the lender and always gives fantastic communication throughout the process. At the beginning of 2024, me and my wife were talking about moving house, but we didn't think we could afford it, so we got on the phone to Nahid and he talked us through all our options... Fast forward to December 2024 when I'm writing this review and we have just moved into our forever home, thanks to the help of Nahid and also Mia at Chestnut mortgages, they are passionate about their job and they genuinely enjoy helping people and I will continue to use them in the future and recommend them to anyone.
