Rick VattimoEverything about Paladar was fantastic! Had a reservation for 8 on a Tuesday and changed it to 10 last minute - no problem. The atmosphere and service were both excellent and filled with energy. Sneaky big place with great decor and the staff seem to love to be there. The menu Is really diverse and it didn’t matter what you order it’s all unique and tasty. We ordered one of each or the seven appetizers and all were great. Lots of different delicious small plates after that and all were very good. A nice wine list, cocktails and excellent desserts. We loved it!
