Children's Medical Center Dallas

We love this hospital! My baby was born premature and spent 3-4 at NICU and had 2 heart surgeries one in April 2025 and the other one Jan 2026 and both went well, I thank all the nurses and doctors specially Dr. Ryan Davies MD he is such a great doctor also Madeleine Alvin MD, Leslie Lewis RN PNP at the cardiology floor, Everyone on the NICU floor! they are so great they really helped me a lot through this process they informed me every little detail. I am so thankful for this hospital and the doctors, nurses they hired thanks to them my daughter is doing great🫀🫁 A huge THANK YOU Children’s Hospital! 🫶

Can’t say enough great things about our experience at Children’s. Our son arrived via EMS to the ER for croup. The staff was so attentive and swift. Nurse Madi did a great job making sure he was as comfy as could be. We were admitted to the 5th Floor and the wonderful care continued! Nurse Ana and Nurse Courtney were truly incredible!! The entire team from pediatricians, techs, respiratory went above and beyond to ensure the best care for our son. They were also so kind and attentive to my husband and I as well. Every time anyone left the room they would always ask if our son or ourselves needed anything. During the night all the staff were so respectful of helping keep a calm and dark environment and were so happy to be inconvenienced by working with little flashlights instead of just turning all the lights on and disturbing his sleep. The team truly cared about helping our baby boy feel better and celebrated each step towards healing. We never felt dismissed or that any question or request was an inconvenience. We will definitely be turning here for future needs!

I was visiting from out of town during the snowstorm ‘26 and they were able to take my 8 month old at urgent care, with medicine from their pharmacy the next floor down. They saw that I had three kids with me and offered me a wagon at the information center, then they walked me all the way down to the urgent care check-in. Even the lady at that front desk was welcoming. The Dr. was quick to Find what was wrong and sent us on our way. I now live in Texas and am making sure this place is in network bc I loved it so much! It’s huge, clean and very friendly. There wasn’t one worker that we passed that didn’t smile and say hi to me and my kids.
