The nurses make this place! I don’t think anything would get done without them. All of the nurses I had were very sweet and did their absolute best to get me answers before and during admission. My ER doctor was also amazing and got me through some of the worst pain I’ve felt. Only three stars because I feel like this place is either underfunded, understaffed, or both. Some of my wait times were long (not the nurses fault!) and they often apologized for how long it took.

Despite all the negative reviews, I decided to go to the Emergency due to an accident I had during vacation, we visited on 07/17/25 around 11am and at the time we were third in line, I was taken care of within five minutes and given a room where I was taken for x-rays and ultrasound, I was given my results the same day and I was out of there before 2pm, the staff listened to my concerns and helped me the best way they could to make me comfortable. Definitely if there’s another incident I would visit again!

Doctors are good, nurse practitioner is a different story which I always avoid them because they always misdiagnosed me. Anyways contacting financial services was a hassle since they kept transferring me back and forth to Delaware since no one wanted to do their job to set up a payment plan.

Highly do not recommend. They do not care. Doctor doesn’t care. Nurses do not tell you anything no updates. Doctor will see you maybe once and you won’t see him again for 4 hours. This place is money hungry and just wants to bill your insurance as much as they can. “Security officers” have no empathy! Go to a different hospital/ER.
