We had a "mall" birthday party for my daughters for the last 3 years. Claire's is a favourite stop for thr girls. Dee, Josh and Jasmine were very accomodating when I brought 13 8-9 year olds through last weekend. They were patient, helped the kids with tallying up their purchases and even helped them make decisions about what to buy. They even organized the store so that other customers would not be held up by our birthday party. Both girls had their ears pierced at claires as well and we were impressed with how they educated them about keeping their ears clean. We will always support Claire's now because they also remember us when we come through! Thanks to the staff for making my girls feel special.

Dee is the absolute best. Known her for years. She pierced my daughter’s ears back when she was 4, my daughter is now 16 and got her second set of holes last year. Dee is the only person she trust. She is so friendly when she sees us coming in and always goes above and beyond to ensure we’re happy with everything being purchased or done. Such great customer service.

I love coming to Claire's pickering town especially when I see Dee. She's so amazing! Last year I needed a new pair of earrings but they didn't have it. She went above and beyond to find it also to make me a custom pair. I honestly go when she's there. Your truly the best Dee before then all the rest.
