Customer experiences
they were very rude to my stepdad and refused to treat him. He had a bad cough and breathing was hard for him to breathe and told my mom that they should’ve came earlier, but I thought they were supposed to be open in 24 hours and they refused to do a test x-ray test they only give him a shot to numb the pain and his back and they yelled at him and had him in a nasty bad . I do not recommend this hospital. If y’all need emergency help then I should suggest to go to United region.
The ER Dr was good and the nurses were good, but after being admitted the care went to hell. The only " Dr " I saw was a contracted nurse practitioner. Because of this nurse practitioner I had to have a toe amputated. I told her numerous times something wasn't right. She was very unprofessional and had a nasty attitude problem. She acted like I was stupid and wanted drugs. What I wanted is to find out why I was hurting from my foot to my groin. By the time I was finally transferred to another hospital my toe had gangrene and was black. If this nurse practitioner has listened to me I they would have found that my femoral artery was 100% blocked and I would still have all 10 of my toes. I wouldn't recommend this hospital until they get their priorities straight. Beware they also have cameras in the patient rooms that they do not make you aware of including when they have you exposed and are doing procedures. I could have died because of this nurse practitioners negligence . My toe was also broken during the time I was under her care.
I was recently in the New Er. I was right in any in for maybe an hour and half. The nurse was so polite and truly cared about my wound. The doc came right in and checked me out. No stitches! But I got tetanus shot. She gave me shot and bandages. Meanwhile the had an ambulance arrival. I had to wait longer for reaction to shot. She started ambulance patient. Then right back to me and explain discharge treatment. Sent me on my way. Thank you so much!
ER was chaotic at best. After I got room as ok nurses were good but for one. Had problems when I said my breakfast was cold. At 8 was ask if I'd like to shower and said that would be great. Drug along and ask couple time with no answer then at 2:30 ask it I was ready told her I was ready at 8. She ask if I was always do brash and said just when I wait on someone that's ask me some that take 5 hrs to get to. She told me no I was just that way and day your food cold. St that time told her I didn't want a shower and hot out of chair and in the be. Then this morning suggested I go to a different hospital. I'm here now rm 235
