Friendly And great listening employers and employees as it seems with my experiences there hasn't been no long wait times at all or none which is great and the ears and outdoor ATM which you can drive through 24 hours a day as well as indoor ones which are open until 11:00 p.m. I believe everyday great place way better than my experience with the Surrey BC locations

They canceled my appointment that I took time away from work for, 40minutes before the appointment literally as I was driving there. Promised to call back within an hour and half. They never called. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

My biggest issue with thia branch is that their 2 ATMs are frequently out of service, especially the drive-thru one. I'm constantly having to travel to other credit unions for simple cash withdrawals.

I joined Coast Capital at this branch, nine years later I closed it here too. Abysmal customer service, even the branch manager doesn't care. Terrible roll out of their updated online banking. Coast Capital was more interested in becoming a federal credit union and raising fees every. single. year. The fees go up, customer service quality goes down. It's one of the many reasons I voted no years ago to a federal credit union. Oh well, not my problem anymore :)
