I like Vancity, but this location is some good and some bad. Good: helpful staff, convenient location (inside is wheelchair accessible), 2 outside ATM machines (not wheelchair accessible), great services. Bad: seem to never have the business desk open; often a line; lines exacerbated by clients who often seem to have complex banking needs. It's fine, but when I can, I try to go to other locations if I need a teller.

The staff are always so kind and helpful! I'm an artist and often get treated differently at banks because I look weird/have inconsistent income but these guys always treat me with respect and answer my questions informatively.

Vancity is a "Not For Profit" credit union. They fund local businesses and care about the environment. If you give your money to the Big banks they take it and put it into the pockets of the most evil rich people on earth. Also they use it to fund the most evil corporations on earth.
