I would give this branch zero stars if I could. My experience here has been consistently awful. The customer service is nonexistent. The staff seems to have zero knowledge about their own products and procedures. On multiple occasions, I've asked basic banking questions and was met with blank stares or incorrect information. It feels like nobody has been properly trained, and they are completely lost when faced with any issue that isn't a simple deposit. To make matters worse, their attitude is lazy and rude. They seem bothered by the presence of customers and make you feel like an inconvenience for asking for help. And don't even get me started on their technology. The ATM at this branch looks like it's from the stone age. While every other bank has upgraded to modern, fast, and user-friendly machines, this branch is still using a 20-year-old clunker that is slow and barely functional. It's embarrassing and a clear sign that they don't care about investing in their customer experience. Save yourself the headache and go to a different bank. This place is a perfect example of how not to run a branch.

Very poor expericne with Gurinder Grewal. He was our mortgage specialist, and he did not explain the process to us at all, or what he was doing. He rarely answered calls or texts, but promised us an update after the long weekend, by Wednesday at lasted, but now its the following monday and still no updates from him. Pretty unprofessional and unreliable.

Not very helpful, I applied for a new card and after the 4th card was declined and being told there was a glitch, I was still without a card. When they saw me coming into the bank, they tellers tried avoiding me. Not very good at troubleshooting, in fact better at creating a problem. This carried on for 2 months..
