Coast Capital - Strawberry Hill Branch

I received a letter and later a call from Coast capital stating i was pre approved for a loan, and that no proof of income would be required, Stated by Mandeep Kaur (coast capital representative). When i went in and talked to her, she started asking questions about my income and my employment status, and said i would not be approved. I told her that i only came in because i was already pre approved and she said there were no other pre requisite's required. I received a call today from mandeep saying i had been rejected. I wasn’t even interested in the loan until mandeep said it was already pre approved and there was no proof of income required. Even though i do have employment and income coming in but she still said i was rejected. Why ask about things you said were not required, and in return disrespect and waste time of a customer?

Poor service! Manager I think her name was Anu has ZERO interpersonal skills, was rude and unprofessional ,felt discriminated , awful
