I’ve had multiple great experiences with the manager Greg on the phone and by email. He is extremely knowledgeable, kind and compassionate and offers excellent service for all my banking needs. I also recently went into the branch for the first time and had exceptional friendly service from both Tammy, and Amy, I found it to be very welcoming, private and comfortable. This is the best CCCU branch in my opinion, everyone I have dealt with here has gone over and beyond to deliver superior service.

We are supposed to be "shareholder/members". I asked for a single photocopy, and the clerk reached behind her for the copy. I asked and the copy was $2. Copies at the library across the square are .25 cents.

Non-compassionate and all about their money. My sister recently passed away. Even before I could get the probate complete this credit union was all over me as the executor to pay back a $3k line of credit my sister had with them. When I told the Senior Manager Credit Risk & Reporting (Ken Watson) that I was working on getting her affairs settled the credit union decided to go into her chequing account and withdraw monies without even a phone call notice or to discuss a possible payback settlement. I would never recommend any business with this kind of mentality and non-compassion. Horrible experience!

Super helpful and friendly staff. They spent lots of time carefully explaining everything to me, and never made me feel rushed. I needed to call in prior to the meeting and I LOVED how quickly I got through to a real person! Looking forward to this new banking relationship!
