June 2024 I moved just 10 minutes down the road. I was contemplating hiring movers and finally decided to hire college hunks because my roommate had a great experience with them. That was not the case for me. I had them move only 5 pieces of furniture that just wouldn’t fit in my car. It took them over 3 hours. They also only brought a single screw driver, and was asking me if I had tools for them to use (which I had already took to the house cause I assumed they would be competent enough to bring the tools needed)When we got to the house it took them over an hour to put the bed back together (which should have only been taken apart in 3 pieces, but was taken completely apart. If it had a screw in it, it was coming out). After they finally got it “put together” I went a looked at it and it appeared to be put together. Because I had to be somewhere else I had very little time to inspect every detail. It wasn’t until later that evening when I was unpack that parts of the bed were stashed in a corner under some curtains. Mr and my brother took the mattress off and the bed was not completed. The whole support board that was supposed to be screwed on with the hidden pieces was just laying on top of the slats. And several (more than half) of the screws were missing and what screws were there were barely screwed in. I thought the screws to the support board was missing until I remembered they “found some screws on the truck” that could replace the missing screws to the mirror on my dresser. Those were the screws to finish the bed. And while still “working” they were found to be playing with my roommates workout equipment in the garage. So me and my brother had to completely take the bed apart and rebuild it (which took us about 20-30 minutes and it took them over an hour). I am still missing the screws to the dresser and had to go out and buy screws to finish putting my bed together. I have called the company multiple times and they have only answered once. I was told that they would be out to see what screws were needed for the mirror and I haven’t heard from them since. I would NOT recommend this company for anyone. It wasn’t a big deal for me to have to take my bed apart, but if I was an elderly person or someone just not capable of taking the bed apart, there would have been no way for them to quickly resolve the problem. I wouldn’t even give them a star if I didn’t have to add one to make the post. Also I still have their tool box with the singular screwdriver in it.

The HUNKS were great! The appointment was made the night before, they showed up on time and were friendly! They carted away my junk, including a couple of heavy, nasty rugs, and were gone in 15 minutes. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Worth every penny!
