Superb initial experience with North Yonge Vet Hospital. Facility is clean. Staff are easy to communicate with and very professional. Briar seems very compassionate, caring, and authentic. Dr. Gary Arzem is knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. Direct billing to Trupanion is a huge convenience. Highly recommend allowing this team to care for your pet.
Been going here 15 years (on our second dog) with no complaints. Dr Arzem is great and his current vet techs/assistants are the best!! All very patient and kind. My very anxious dog appreciates it!
Hamlin went to the vet today. Hamlin doesn't like anyone but me so I was worried he would bite the vet but he didn't as Hamlin didn't have the best beginning of his life so I'm glad to have a vet who understands as Hamlin & Arlene are both rescue adoptions & have a hard time when it comes to meeting new people. No cat likes to go to the vet so having a vet who is patient with my cat's is a good thing especially when 2 didn't have the best beginning of life but thanks to Dr. Arzem & his amazing team they care about my cat's Hamlin, Houdini & Arlene.
