We had a concern for my daughterās ferret. We had never been to Hillside before so we were a bit apprehensive. But the team worked to make our Ollie better. There was a price factor that we couldnāt manage and they made alternative treatment plan that accommodated my budget. Everyone was lovely and helpful. Sandra BroomWe just adopted 2 dogs and we were sent to Hillside to have them spayed. The staff were all very friendly and were wonderful with my girls. They made my dogs feel at ease, and me as well, as they can act aggressive out of fear. By the time they got Lilly away from me, they were carrying her and she was loving it. Maddie is bigger and scared of everything, but she was fine once she was with them. They are now going to be our regular vet and I couldn't be happier āŗļø
Tenley KellyA month ago, my little budgie had an unfortunate accident, while were away. His ankle was either broken or dislocated. My son was able to get him to one of the avian vets at Hillside the next morning and their treatment and consultation with me, by phone, was just amazing. My little fellow was put under anesthetic and his ankle was repositioned and casted in a boot cast bandage! He was given anti inflammatory/pain killers to keep him comfortable and after a few adjustments during his weekly checks, the boot came off and heās completely back to normal! He has completely normal function. Iām amazed such a tiny fellow was able to withstand and recover from this trauma. Iām so happy he was able to receive such excellent care! Iāve included pictures of his journey. The third picture shows him after his boot was removed.
Ania NguyenIt was my first time at the clinic. The team was professional and patient. The vet listened to my concerns and answered all questions. My cat was nervous but he was taken care of in calm and gentle manner by the team. I liked that the Hillside team did not bombarded me with all procedures and huge estimate. The vet was reasonable what my cat needs at the moment. Also, the follow ups are a nice touch.
