We first met Dr. B and her team in October 2024 when my Russian Dwarf Hamster Guillermo got a sunflower seed lodged in his mouth. I was so impressed and grateful that Dr. B and her team were willing to go out of their way for such a little guy like him They had the patience to deal with his attitude and got the seed out beautifully. We later returned in February of this year when I noticed Gmo had a lump, which they removed. As much as G put up a fight, it was nothing they couldn’t handle. Guillermo passed on April 6th 2025 in my hands. He truly was the best little boy ever and I know some might find it laughable over how heartbroken I am that he is gone, but he was my first pet. The team at Quaker Hill Vet made me feel like Guillermo was being valued and that you guys understood just how important he was to me. Just like a dog or a cat, Guillermo was a part of my family, he was my baby. So thank you to the team at Quaker Hill Vet for the extra month or so that they let me buy for him. I cherished every second of it. Thank you for taking care of my baby boy. Thank you for the cage, tubes, and wheel you donated. He loved them all. Thank you to your staff who always told me how cute he was, he truly was so special. Even after his passing, I got a phone call from Dr. B and a card mailed to me from the whole team. The support and condolences I have received has truly made me feel so touched.

The hospital were already mentioning euthanasia as an option. Thankfully we found Dr. Barb and she was able to take us for an appointment the same day.
