Although Dr. Eliza Newberry is a great doctor, I have been a patient there for years. I arrived for my last appointment ( after driving over an hour from the U.P.) 8 minutes late and was turned away! I have heard this before from others, very sad situation, when you put your policy before people! On several occasions I have waited there, without a complaint for more than 1/2 hour to be called in for my appointment! At least I was not cold hearted and rude! It’s so rude-no explanation on my part would help! I have moved on….

As a new patient everyone was friendly and helpful. My doctors visit was thorough, friendly and spot on for helpfulness. All of my needs were met. Dr. Newberry is intelligent and understanding. My expectations were totally satisfied!

Dr. Newbury is great! She listens, takes action, doesn't rush you out. Her assistant is also very kind and takes good care of you. The phlebotomy department does a nice job and gets results to the ordering Dr. Front desk receptionist is kind and efficient. The office is homey, maybe could be a little more professional looking. Returning messages left could be improved, it's hit or miss. All in all, it is a good place. You will be taken care of.
