Man, 32 yo, MMA fighter and PhD candidate. I've been into sports my entire life and know the importance of being healthy and mobile, having a good reaction time, coordination, and managing stress. Lack of mobility definitely limits not only movement but also degrees of life expression and energy to perform tasks. When I first visited Complete Connection Chiropractic, my lower back and neck were in a relatively bad situation; I was having pain every day, and my response to attacks during sparring was slow to perceive and defend. But after the first week attending Complete Connection and a few sessions with Nash, I was able to go back into running (6miles), training hard and consistently. I realized how my nervous system state was off because of an accumulated bad posture and consistent, intense wrestling/grappling training without any treatment. It was a chronic state. Nash showed me how tilted my back was with respect to a straight posture, and that gave me chills! He had mentioned that this situation can influence the spirit, emotional being, and mind. The process has been super simple, the environment is amazing, and their energy is always welcoming and positive. I can attest that the work they do is super refined and goal-oriented. I'm super grateful for their approach and service and would recommend Complete Connection Chiropractic to anyone whose back or nervous system needs a reset, adjustment, and/or alignment. Amazing people! Top notch knowledge and 5 star customer service. When I first discovered these two wonderful humans I was not even able to open a door or lift a gallon of milk. I was in so much pain that I had been off work and been to other doctors and specialists every week for 4 months straight. MRI, CT SCAN, XRAY, ULTRASOUND No diagnosis and no improvement AND NO ANSWERS. Almost instantly I noticed significant changes and improvements. I certainly don't miss my appointments and look forward to seeing Dr. Nash or Dr. L I can now open a door. I can now pick up a gallon of milk. It's something that you don't think about until you physically can't pull a door open or carry groceries. For 4 months I had suffered with pain that dropped me to my knees and kept me crying every day. No answers from doctor after doctor. I celebrate today! Celebrating now every day and thanking the good Lord for how we are designed to heal and move. I went for a walk. I helped carry in groceries. I was able to hold the door for someone else.
