I don't think we can put it down in words how grateful we are for these people. The genuine kindness we have been treated with was something you will rarely find. There is just a different feel to this agency than any of the other ones out there. There are no unpleasant surprises down the line with Anglo American letting agency. The same kindness and respect you get from the first contact is what you will be consistently meet with till the very last second. We cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for all your patience and kindness you have shown us, thank you!

Absolute shambles of an estate agency. The woman on the phone is incredibly dismissive and has a hidden talent of remembering a conversation that happened 11 years ago, if this is true, the business is clearly a front as they wouldn’t still be afloat. Please avoid at all costs, the business is not consumer friendly.

Anglo American have been managing my rental properties on a fully managed basis for over 7 years. I have always found them to be efficient, honest and easily contactable. My void periods have been kept to a minimum as they have been very proactive with finding suitable tenants, and any maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and reasonably.
