My experience with Riswan Rafeequ was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. During the process of buying and transferring a car, I felt completely disrespected and discriminated against. Despite being the person making the purchase, he repeatedly ignored me and directed all his responses and attention to the man who was with me,even when I was the one asking the questions. His behavior made me feel invisible and humiliated. It was as if, in his eyes, a woman couldn’t possibly understand or handle a car transaction. I’ve gone through this process before, and never have I experienced such rude and dismissive behavior. We were there for quite a while, and not a single one of his coworkers stepped in to assist him, which makes me believe this is not the first time he behaves this way. His attitude was arrogant, disrespectful, and made the entire experience feel uncomfortable and degrading. Also I want to point out it was the first time him doing this process and makes me feel like it was me the problem. The dealership itself may be good, but this man should definitely not be representing it. No customer deserves to be treated this way.
